DEPOSIT​​

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin design and is applied toward your order total.

PROOFING

  • 3 revisions of each piece are included with your order. Additional revisions are offered at $25 / piece. This also applies to orders that include envelope addressing.

  • When customizing your design, we will do our best to catch any punctuation or spelling mistakes. However, please be sure to double and triple check all proofs.

  • Once final approval is given for print, PaperPlum is no longer responsible for client-approved errors. If the print order has already been processed, the client is responsible for reprinting charges.

PAPERPLUM DESIGN RIGHTS

  • Digital files sent during the proofing process are for review ONLY. Any derivative designs or printing without the expressed, written consent of PaperPlum will be considered a violation of PaperPlum's exclusive copyrighted material. You may not create, modify or reproduce any additional files from the files or designs shared.

INVOICE CHANGES

  • As we move through the design process, we will happily work with you to accommodate any changes to design, paper selections, embellishments, quantities, etc. Regardless of changes made, please note that your invoice may not decrease in overall total more than 10% of the agreed upon total listed in this invoice.

T U R N - A R O U N D​

  • The full balance & proof approval is required before production begins.

  • From the following business day from which final approval for ALL print materials has been given, please allow:

    • ​10 business days for flat printing.

    • 15-20 business days for white ink printing / orders with custom paper / envelope selections.

    • 25 business days for letterpress / foil / acrylic printing.

R E T U R N S

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly not offered once design has begun on your order.
