RETURNS

VOW BOOKLET ORDERS:
Returns on vow booklets are accepted within 7 business days from your delivery date. Vow booklets must be received in perfect condition to be eligible for a full refund minus the original shipping costs and $5 restocking fee.

SAVE THE DATE / INVITATION SUITE ORDERS:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly not offered once the deposit has been received.
TYPOS & ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS:
When customizing your design, we will do our best to catch any punctuation or spelling mistakes. However, please be sure to double and triple check all proofs. Once final approval is given for print, PaperPlum is no longer responsible for client-approved errors. If the print order has already been processed, the client is responsible for reprinting charges.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (typically 1-5 business days) and include tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via UPS First Class Mail (typically 5-15 business days) , and does not include time spent at customs.
Please note: Some countries charge additional taxes and duty fees for imported international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees. We strongly recommend understanding the policies of your country before placing your order.
