PRINT METHODS

learn the difference between the different print methods

1

__________

DIGITAL PRINTING

flat printing is our most economical option and allows the ability to print any design without limitation to color selections or paying per color. All of our suites regardless of print method are printed on the same stock so you're not compromising on paper quality or thickness!

2

__________

LETTERPRESS

Dare we say it's our favorite? The timeless process of letterpress printing results in a deep impression and beautiful texture. This process requires a polymer plate to be made in a mirror image of your design and then pressed into the paper.

3

__________

WHITE INK

white ink printing offers an understatedly

beautiful and fresh aesthetic that only white ink can do. because white is considered the "absence of color" in terms of printing, this method requires a specialty digital printer.

4

__________

FOIL

Similar to letterpress, foil printing requires magnesium plates to be made in a mirror image of your design and pressed into the paper, leaving a subtle impression. Instead of ink, sheets of foil are pressed into the paper. Think metallic foils such as gold, rose gold, silver, copper and colored foils such as white!
