Due to the custom nature of stationery products, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund BEFORE any proofs have been sent. Once proofs have been exchanged, the deposit amount of your order is non-refundable.
TYPOS & ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS
When customizing your design, we will do our best to catch any punctuation or spelling mistakes. However, please be sure to double and triple check all proofs. Once final approval is given for print, PaperPlum is no longer responsible for client-approved errors. If the print order has already been processed, the client is responsible for reprinting charges.
